90-Day Limited Warranty

All items purchased from Lucky Appliances come with a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Professional Installation Is Critical to Warranty Coverage

For your appliance to function properly and for your warranty to be valid, professional installation is essential. If you or someone not certified or authorized by Lucky Appliances installs the product, we cannot cover any damage or malfunction resulting from such installation.

We strongly recommend that your appliance be installed by a qualified professional or by our authorized service team. This ensures optimal performance and keeps your warranty fully intact.

Liability for Shipping and Handling

Lucky Appliances guarantees that its products will arrive in perfect condition upon delivery. However, if you choose to use your own transportation or hire a technician, installer, or delivery service not affiliated with or authorized by Lucky Appliances, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during such transportation or handling.

This includes, for example, if you choose to pick up and transport the items in your own vehicle.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority! We will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by Lucky Appliances delivery or installation: If our delivery or installation team causes visible cosmetic damage (such as dents or scratches) to your product at the time of delivery, we will accept the return or exchange.

Unclaimed Items

We are not responsible for damage to items held for more than 3 months. Please be sure to schedule the pickup or delivery of your items in a timely manner.

Product Condition: New vs. Open Box

Lucky Appliances offers a variety of products, including new and open box items. This allows us to offer high-quality options at competitive prices.

Items delivered unopened may have minor cosmetic imperfections or may have been opened and returned, but are fully functional.

Delivery and Installation Fees

To provide an efficient and transparent service, Lucky Appliances applies the following fees:

  • Standard Delivery Fee: A $50 charge applies to all standard deliveries.
  • Second Floor Delivery: For deliveries that require items to be moved to a second floor, an additional $150 charge will apply.

Additional Notes

Please note that the standard installation cost for our products generally does not include additional materials that may be required for certain installations. Therefore, additional charges for installation materials may apply.
